Peroperous Enterprise (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2021 by Kwandiwe Magugu. As a qualified Civil Engineer, the founder saw a gap in the industry and a need for a company that can use robust engineering practices by including innovative ways to solve problems. The company intends to grow into one of the top engineering companies in South Africa and Africa.
From its inception, the company has sought to follow regulations of the industry and ECSA policies. Registration with NHBRC enables the accusation of home building projects. CIDB registration with grade 1CE PE (potential 2CE PE) poises the company with a platform to learn from the best in the industry as a sub-contractor.

Build 5 homes: In order to ensure growth and presence, at least 5 clients must be sign contracts before the end of 2023.
CIDB grade improvement: In 2022 Peroperous has to ensure improves, minimally a grade.
Train youth: To increase youth employment at least 3 employees must be employed before the end of 2022.
Machinery: In the next 3 years Peroperous Enterprise must own trucks, construction vehicles and heavy-duty machinery.
